Register as a merchant, get approved by admin, then use the Merchant Dashboard.
Is there OTP for delivery?
No. Delivery is confirmed with receiver name and optional delivery note/proof.
How does COD settlement work?
Admin/Accounts creates settlements from delivered COD parcels and processes payments to merchants.
